How do I store Arca Lab Dog Toothpaste and Toothbrush?
Great question! We recommend storing your dog's toothpaste and toothbrush at room temperature, away from direct sunlight.
Our tip is to keep them somewhere you'll see every day—like your bathroom. That way, whenever you brush your own teeth, you'll be reminded to brush your dog's teeth too. It's a simple way to build a healthy routine for both of you.
Is Arca Lab VOHC certified?
VOHC certification is something we genuinely respect, and it’s something we may explore as Arca Lab continues to grow.
At the moment, our focus is on creating a gentle, enjoyable, and consistent daily dental routine that dogs actually look forward to. Our formula uses carefully selected ingredients like Bromelain enzyme, Persimmon Fruit Extract, and Vitamin E to help support everyday oral care in a safe and dog-friendly way.
While we are not currently VOHC certified, we believe that building healthy daily brushing habits is one of the most important parts of long-term dental wellness for dogs.
What's actually in the toothpaste?

Is it safe to swallow?
Yes — Arca Lab toothpaste is dog-safe and made to be swallowed. No rinsing required.
How often should I brush?
Daily is ideal. Even a few times a week makes a meaningful difference to plaque and gum health.
What ages and breeds is it for?
All adult dogs and puppies over 6 months. Suitable for breeds of all sizes — from Mini Dachshunds (hi Cherry) to Pembroke Welsh Corgis (hi Bun).
Subscriptions
What are my payment options?
We accept all major credit cards for our subscriptions (Including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express), or you can easily check out through Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Shop Pay. Each order is billed right before it ships!
How can I sign up for a recurring subscription?
Signing up for a subscription is super simple. Once you select your product, you can place a one-time order at full price OR subscribe and save. Subscribing saves you 20% on every order, gives you early access to new flavours, and you can swap, skip, or cancel anytime!
How does Subscribe & Save work?
Subscribers get 20% off the standard price on every recurring order. Pick a frequency between 2–8 weeks, and we'll handle the rest.
Can I skip or cancel anytime?
Yes — manage everything (skip, change frequency, cancel) from your customer portal. Changes take effect on your next order, provided they're made before the 48-hour processing cut-off.
When will I be charged?
Your card is automatically charged on your scheduled order date. We'll email you a reminder ahead of each order so nothing's a surprise.
Shipping + Returns
My order arrived damaged. What should I do?
Ugh, so sorry to hear that! Send our team an email at info@arcalab.com.au with photos of the damage and the order number, and we'll make sure you're all taken care of! Photos of your order are required.
How long does shipping take?
Standard tracked: 2–8 business days metro, 7–10 regional. Express: 2–4 business days metro. We dispatch within 1–3 business days of payment.
How much is shipping?
Standard tracked is $9.95 flat. Express is $15. Free standard shipping on orders over $50.
Do you ship outside Australia?
Not yet — we currently ship within Australia only. International shipping is on the roadmap.
What's your returns policy?
